About the Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of Coles (or other brand) coconut yoghurt (look for least amount of ingredients)
OPTIONAL: 1/4 c of Nutty Bruce almond milk (no seed oils)
1/2 scoop of clean, vegan protein powder: Arbonne, SunWarrior
Handful of blueberries (or other fruit of choice)
1/2 c of GF, dried fruit free granola (or make your own seed cycling granola). Supermarket brand granola. Health food store brand.
Preparation
In a bowl mix the coconut yoghurt & protein powder together
Top with granola & fruit (+ extra almond milk if desired)
