About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 pack of organic coleslaw (+ kale or spinach) from the supermarket (or better still - make your own - obv longer than 5 mins)
1 tbs of Coles (or other) organic coconut yoghurt
Sprinkle of salt
4 falafels (or other protein of choice - chickpeas, lentils, meat, eggs). Bite me range is best (no seed oils).
Preparation
Place half the coleslaw in a container/bowl
Add coconut yoghurt & salt, mix together
Heat falafels if desired & add to coleslaw mix. ENJOY :)
